The shuttle downtown was a great service! No parking hassle for a concert!
Be sure to tell customers how to adjust the king bed. It was a bit hard and we didn't know it could be adjusted.

Absolutely perfect immaculate rooms. Had clean climate control, pay television and a refrigerator. All in all great and awesome location, right by attraction, courtyard and public transportation options. Good choice of food options relatively near the venue.

The breakfast was satisfactory and had plenty of options. I thoroughly enjoyed quite rooms in the tower. Close to a subway station, the location was fantastic and incredible, close to the water.
The room was extremely hot, for me personally.

Facility was great.
Did not have many services available the weekend I stayed - restaurant closed for some meals and no room service. Also found 2 bugs in my room during my stay - not a problem for me - but would be for many.

The staff was super helpful and friendly I asked a lot of questions and they were always there to assist and on my last day I dropped my AirPod down the drain but Rico in housekeeping saved the day he unhooked the drain and got it out for me seriously can't say enough about him
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what I got I say it was still acceptable

Amazing service on a busy night!
We stayed for one night during a packed event, and the front desk peeps, Arlene and Makayla, totally saved the day! They worked super hard helping everyone find rooms and even cleaned at 1 am! The bar area was chill. Just wish the AC had been better.
